Movember Mobile App Reviews

Love it, love the features but its a little buggy. My donations for example are not accurate, for some reason the app is off by almost $200 and doesnt show all the donations that the website does. Love the picture taking ability with reminders.

I shouldve written this sooner since now that Movember is over I havent been using this app and Ive forgotten some things. First off, while it was nice having an app to use for Movember this app has a lot of bugs... 1) When posting updates to my MoSpace and selecting to share it via FB... The link that shows up on FB doesnt link to my MoSpace. This feature ONLY works if you do the update from a computer and choose to share when you originally post it. There is also a bug on the website where if you later to choose to share a post from your MoSpace to FB (using the link below the post) it does the same thing where it doesnt link to my MoSpace. 2) When turning on notifications the app sends non-stop notifications for an entire minute. This is very annoying. Whats more annoying is that now that Movember is over I tried to turn these off through the app and my settings on my phone and they still kept happening!! I tried closing the app and restarting my phone. I now just resorted to deleting the app. 3) I know there were some other bugs I noticed but I cant remember what they are off the top of my head. Please thoroughly test the app before next year. Its not that hard to share it with some people and have them try out all the features. Feature requests: -Add notifications for when people donate. -Add some photo editing options when using the MoTracker

The photo tracker would be better if I could decide to use the high contrast black and white or not, its hard to take a good pic without perfect lighting. Also cannot respond directly to messages left by others.

Fantastic rollout and everything I could have wanted for the cause. Really fine work.

Everything is great only a minor problem, when you make updates or try to recruit the app will post your stuff on Facebook, Twitter, etc but not the pictures on your update. Besides that great app GREAT cause!!

I downloaded this app only for the feature that lets me take daily pictures and create a video slideshow out of them. What I dont understand is WHY it majes a video with the pictures in random order! Doesnt it make more sense to put them in order? I also get that I have raised "(null)" $ So the app is very bad. The cause is excelent but not the app

The app is really handy and a great tool for Movember. The Mo tracker is a great idea for having fun with Movember. Ive been posting it every day to create conversation. The problem is that both the photo strip and the movie dont put the photos in the correct order. You cant see my Mo grow. Its making me feel unmanly! Please fix ASAP so we can help change the face if mens health!

Mo tracker exports to a movie in a random, non-chronological order. Starting to give up on this app.

Good overall, but glaring issues with what should be the coolest feature of the app - the mo tracker. You should be able to turn down the stupidly intense contrast, and the movie export needs to be fixed - currently it exports the photos in a random order... Bah, not much of a tracker.... Please fix before the end of the month so I can show the mo progress!!! Oh they updated the app and now it just doesnt export at all.

Ok but could use improvements. Easy to post photos. Not video. Posted photos dont go to gallery. Gallery photos are zoomed in after uploading and cannot be deleted. Cannot search other Movember members. No email when a donation is made, just a daily update.

If youre having a problem accessing the Movember app because of Facebook you need to log into Facebook and deauthorize last years Movember app. That will allow you to use this years Movember app. Its really easy.

This app has never been great but it used to have some basic functions. You can no longer see your own mo space (I think when you first install you can but once you navigate away you cant get back) or see your team totals. Pretty awful update.

Cool app but the Mo tracker doesnt work. The app closes out as soon as I try to take a picture
